Brian Benedict was amazing. He was thorough, attentive and made sure I got better than what I came into the dealership for. I’m very happy with my 2024 Mazda 3. Brian made sure I knew how to operate the features and answered all my questions. Demetrius in finance was awesome, as well. He explained my paperwork, answered my questions completely and made sure I knew the next steps. I know that’s what’s “supposed” to happen but this was my single best car buying experience and if I ever need another car, I will come see Brian, again.
I had an appointment to get an oil change. No problems with it. While checking in, I asked if the car’s infotainment system could be updated with the latest software. I was told yes, but it would cost me $68 since the car was a few days or weeks out of warranty. After grumbling about that, the service manager said the dealership would do it, no cost to me. I also asked for the coolant reservoir to be topped off. I was told it would be done, but it wasn’t. For some reason, this dealership has a phobia about topping off my coolant reservoir. I’ve asked for it to be done a few times before, but they always leave it at the low mark on the reservoir. I guess I will have to buy a $25 jug of Mazda coolant and do that small job myself. Other than that, I was pleased with my visit. The service manager was pleasant to deal with and the facilities were clean.
Jason was amazing to work with. He helped me from the beginning. I was in an accident and he not only went above and beyond helping with my insurance settlement but also listened to every detail I needed. He was never pushy. He explained everything in detail. The entire experience was fast, simple and hassle free. This will be my second vehicle bought from Green Mazda. Each visit was a great experience.
