In a word: outstanding. I have high standards, am frequently disappointed with people these days, and therefore do not write many glowing reviews. But I am compelled to say that Faith was outstanding to work with in buying our latest truck. I am an engineer and I like things neat, clear, and straight forward. Which also means that I do not like dealing with auto sales people, especially the used variety. Auto buying has historically been an exhausting fight to protect your interests and your wallet. But this time was definitely different and did some damage to my admitted bias. We drove hours to get to Corwin and look at this truck. When we got there Faith had it pulled up and was ready to roll out on a test drive. She even arranged for the kids to sit at a spare desk to do schoolwork. She had a very suitable test-drive route which was very helpful for us not being familiar with the area. Upon our return from the drive we decided to buy it and she made it easy from there on out. We worked with Chris in finance and he made it smooth and easy to run numbers, select service plans, and close the deal. We had extenuating circumstances that required same day title work and he agreed to try and get it expedited. We took the kids out to lunch and my phone rang to tell me the title work was done and we didn't even have our drink order in! Today we ran into one hiccup with registering the vehicle but I just had a three minute call with Emma in titles and she has the issue well in hand. We were hoping to have the fix tomorrow morning, but I just got what I need in my email and it has been less than an hour! All in all, Corwin has the right people sitting in the right seats, with the right intentions, and the right tools to get the job done which is the perfect formula for an outstanding experience buying a vehicle. Keep it up Corwin, it may be a few hours on the road to get there, but we will be back...

Buckle up, as I have a lot of words. Last week, if you would’ve asked me if I would own a Ford, I would’ve told you absolutely not. Never been a fan of Ford, mainly due to negative hearsay. My husband and I have been searching hard for the perfect new vehicle over the last few weeks. We had to sell his truck due to a financial pinch we were put in, which left us with one vehicle. It was hard to make that work, so we knew it was time to add another vehicle. We searched for weeks, and thought we left no rock unturned. Every marketplace vehicle we looked at was sketchy, all the other used vehicle dealerships in the area were bad experiences, and we did not have the money or credit for a new vehicle. Then, Saturday morning I stumbled upon a 2014 Ford F-150 listed on a used truck site. Corwin Ford of Republic just so happened to be on our way home, so we said why not and swung on in. Not even seconds after pulling into the parking lot, we were greeted by a salesman - Adam C. He took the time to walk all the way out of the building to come and greet us. At first I was a little irritated and pushed away, because sometimes I just want to do my own looking first and initiate my own conversations. But Adam was very kind, not pushy at all, and super informative. He asked all the right questions, and let us decide if we wanted further help. He listened to all of our wants and needs, and took the time out of his day to let us look at this truck. And when I say look at it, I mean we really looked at it. He let us do our due diligence, ask all our questions, and had all the answers for us. Once we decided we wanted to proceed with purchasing, we let Adam know we had a very specific budget and he fought for us to get it. Adam was friendly, patient, kind, knowledgeable, and a fantastic salesman. The specific truck we bought was a wholesale truck and it was required that we tow it off site. So after signing all of the papers and purchasing the truck, we left the dealership to go sort all of the details out. We pulled out of the dealership, stopped at the light, and then right after getting our green light to turn, got hit by a driver running a red light. The wreck totaled my car - bent the frame and ripped the front end off. Not even 5 minutes after it happened, Adam was texting my husband to check on us and make sure we were okay, and even offered to give us a ride home if needed. There are not a whole lot of people in this world that would do that, let alone a salesman that doesn’t need to care about us. Adam is HUMAN, and made us feel human too. We were so humbled by his gesture, and felt so respected and loved by this stranger. 10/10 experience all around, and we will be coming back to Adam for all of our vehicle needs in the future.
