2023 Ford Edge Titanium AWD

We bought a 2024 Kia K5 GT from Coughlin Kia in Lewis Center. The dealership looks great both inside and out. We walked inside and it was very clean and we were met by our Saleswomen Colleen immediately. We weren’t sure which car we wanted and went back and for between the Forte and the K5. Colleen was very knowledgeable about both cars and let us test drive both of them alone for as long as we needed. The sales manager Mike was very professional and nice and when we went to leave the first day we came up checked out the dealership there was no pressure to stay or buy right then and there. Negotiating the deal for our K5 was very easy, we came to an agreement very quickly. The paperwork for the car was a quick process I think I was there for about an hour and I was done and had the keys to my new K5. As long as Kia continues to make good cars Coughlin Kia will be where I buy them from. Thank you guys!

I recently stopped at Coughlin Kia and ended up purchasing a new vehicle. My experience from start to finish was surprisingly great. Our saleswoman, Beth, was down-to-earth, knowledgeable and not pushy at all - the opposite of a stereotypical salesperson. I’d happily work with her every time I bought a car if I could. The lot and building were clean, welcoming and again, completely low pressure. An excellent overall experience.
