Just brought home a 2020 Tacoma from Dorrance and I couldn’t be happier with my customer service and the entire process! I worked mainly with Carter, and then Lewis for the financial process. They were both very knowledgeable, either knew the answers to my questions or got them for me, and were very communicative. I was also happy that we were able to negotiate to a fair price for both of us quickly. If my Taco ever dies, I’ll surely be looking for another vehicle from Carter and his team at Dorrance!
I’ve been extremely pleased with the service and support from Dorrance Ford since purchasing my F-150 last year. Service and warranty work has always been quickly scheduled. Turnaround has almost always been same day and they have provided courtesy transportation or a rental any time as needed.
