We were met by friendly sales people and respected when we told them we were working with Dawn. Dawn is very personable and enjoyable to work with. Tyler, the manager, was helpful and efficient. Kyler, in finance, also got us through the process with ease and ensured we had the best deal. We had been working with Dawn for a couple of months and when we were ready, she was in on each step. Even with borrowing a vehicle while the new truck was getting detailed with the protection package, both Dawn and Tyler made the process efficient. They are attentive to needs, making sure we had needs met. We felt comfortable between the personable interactions and professionalism. Even witnessing interactions with other customers showed true care in what they do and their "family." Dawn is great!

Her and Alec from maintenance looked at records to help me understand what to expect with the vehicles we were looking into which helped me sort out what I wanted to work with. We then looked into what my finances would estimate to before working with my credit and when we went further, the estimates were very accurate and the rest of the process was smooth and clear!
