2020 Ford Edge Titanium AWD

From the first online chat/phone call with Christian, to making an appointment was great. Very friendly and understanding of what we wanted. Once at the day of the appointment, we were early (before 9am), Sean greeted us in the car lot. Asked us what we were interested in and all. He was kind, friendly, smart, and knew about the vehicle we wanted to purchase. We also told him we didn’t want to spend the whole day at the dealership, he said no problem we will have you out by noon. We didn’t believe it because of past dealings with other dealerships. Not only did he keep his word, but he got us a cheaper payment and the process was smooth. We were very happy with Sean and how he handled everything. Romeo Ford was a dream! Their entire staff is so friendly and positive. They are knowledgeable and make you feel so comfortable. For a lot of consumers, buying a car is one of the most expensive things you can do other than buying your home, so it can be overwhelming. Mitch helped us with every step of the process. His expertise and kindness were reasons why we felt good about pulling the trigger on this car. Dan in the finance department is also great. I can not recommend this dealership enough. To be honest, I would purchase another vehicle from them again tomorrow if I could.

Really a wonderful experience! Immediately I was helped when I came into this establishment. I didn’t have to wait or anything. I started working with Ryan… who by the way is really amazing. He answered my 1000s of questions with ease and made me feel comfortable. I’ve been to a lot of dealerships over the last year and this is really the first time I ever felt as if a dealership cared. A car is important and after being jerked a lot by dealers for the last year, Romeo Ford offered me comfort in this big decision. Ryan helped me find the car I wanted in my price range. He was honest and clear about everything. This dealership is great. The staff and the environment is wonderful. I worked in customer service for years and when I say they have amazing customer service I mean it! Everything I expressed and wanted was handled. Dan sat down and explained everything to me as well as breaking all the finances down. He also made sure I knew I could come back or call or reach out for any questions. Mike stepped in and made sure I rode away clean and in style, he also made sure I had a great experience, I truly felt appreciated as their customer.
