2020 Ford Edge Titanium AWD

My service tech was kind, thorough, and honest. I tried the other two Cadillac dealerships in Kansas City three times each. The customer service was greatly lacking. I called Van Cadillac and was met with a positive attitude, and Kim encouraged me to give them a try. I was pleased with the whole experience. Driving a little further away for excellent service is worth it to me. Thank you.

Recently purchased a new Ev from van! When I say outstanding team effort I mean it. I dealt with least 4 people to take me through the purchase and delivery process making it easy and very informative. All the must knows were covered but all the little things that made my first week of owing this very Technical car A real joy. Van has now become my go to GM dealer after being a 35 year GM customer.

I appreciate both Jon and Lee's honesty and quality of work. They both have always been very accommodating with my busy schedule, and I can't thank them enough for all of their hard work. I will only work with Jon and Lee when it comes to any kind of maintenance on my car! ????
