They got my recall done in record time and ofcourse at no cost.
Gagne informed me of a recall on my vehicle. I was very happy with that information, it saved me a lot of money. Ford did not tell me about the recall. Gagne repaired my vehicle, and picked up my vehicle at my home and kept me informed as to how things were progressing. My vehicle was dropped off at my home and the service sheet left in my vehicle. This is service I have not seen in 20 years. Great job.
