Excellent place to do business with. Got my truck done and a timely manner, and they had to do a lot of work to it. Satisfied with the work done, truck rides like new again. Owner was very friendly called me twice during the day and I'm sorry three times during the day to inform me what was going on with the vehicle, which most places won't do they just leave you hanging till it's done. Overall very good experience working with them. I will definitely use again and refer anyone who asks about a repair shop.

Came for my first service check up after purchasing my car from Galaxy. Jason Vitez runs a courteous professional service shop and made me feel comfortable from the start. I appreciated his honesty and frankness with regards to my vehicles service schedule/ intervals. It is good to know that my service team will be here as well . Galaxy has been a big plus for me when it comes to my awesome Lincoln Nautilus and confidence knowing Jason has our back!

Bob at the Cheektowaga location was great! He fixed our Honda without adding on any unneeded repairs. He made himself accessible by cell phone to answer questions. He dealt with us fairly and honestly and had our car ready as promised.
