I have always had excellent service at Webb Chevy. My "check engine light" came on and of course I panicked a little since this car is well cared for and serviced regularly. I called the service desk and they assured me that a solid light is not an urgent issue, but if I could they would get it in for a checkup that afternoon. I am grateful that they understand and help assure me that they will fix whatever is happening.
I would recommend getting a car or truck from Webb Chevrolet,they are very professional and will stick with you until you decide what you want, they work very very hard to satisfy you completely. I had the pleasure of having the sales representative Amorea Nance as my salesperson she worked with me to make sure I got what I wanted,she was very pleasant and supportive and checked on me constantly to make sure I was fine with my purchase, she was so dedicated to helping me she even got sick with a cold cleaning my car off because it had snowed that day.the whole dealership was so friendly and helpful with any and everything I appreciate them so much..a special shout out to Car Joe who got my monthly payment that I could afford, you guys rock.Thank you so much.....A happy and satisfied customer.!!
