This is 100% the best place to take your Ford for service. The staff is amazing, and they fixed my truck within an hour. I had previously brought it to a DIFFERENT dealer to try to fix the issue and they just said "we don't know what's wrong". But Northfield Ford said to stop by when the problem was happening, so I did. The service guy got the tech instantly and they diagnosed it. Then got me in the next day and it was fixed in an hour.
