2023 Ford Edge Titanium AWD

I’ve never bought a vehicle here or used any of their services, but while I’m stuck home unable to drive or walk due to surgery my wife got a flat tire. Trent Myers, one of their Service Technicians noticed my wife on the side of the road and stopped to help. He changed her tire, aired up the spare since it was low and even informed her of the safe speed limit on that type of spare. He was very helpful and honest and I would definitely consider this dealer based on that alone. His help was very appreciated and shouldn’t go unnoticed. Thank you Trent!

My wife bought a used SUV from Helmuth and later she found a couple of small things wrong and then the SUV had a major wiring problem from the factory. Even though this was a used SUV and NONE of these problems were the fault of Helmuth Ford they stood behind all the repairs and their service manager and technician was both helpful and knowledgeable. On the whole Helmuth was more than fair to work it. I would highly recommend Helmuth Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle or looking for service.

I live out of state. Mike was able to make a very good offer for my trade from pictures and vin# and met me half way so I didn’t have to drive so far. Then when a small problem was found by him in the paint finish in the vehicle, he made arrangements with me to have it repaired to new. Never felt like I was being pressured, he just told me what he had to offer and a deal was struck that easy! A very honest guy to deal with! Worth the trip if you have to make one!
