Jay was TRULY the epitome of great customer service! I wasn't really in the mood to be there, it was an afternoon appointment and it had been a long day. Jay went above and beyond to make it a good experience. He even washed my vehicle, instead of having me wait for the 7 cars that were in front of mine when he took it over there. He installed my privacy shield that I had to replace. He's a keeper! Dylan was fine, he was there to do his job...and it felt that way. Loved Mike Evans!! Best person to have ever encountered! I came in with my fiancé last week, because he wanted to get something else. What I loved about Mike was that he wasn't super pushy like other people. I asked if I could come back with my explorer and he said he would gladly take a look at it. Long story short, got a new car the same day. He was very easy going, accommodating, definitely looked out for our interests and needs!
