2024 Ford Edge Titanium AWD

I recently purchased a Bronco from Gorno Ford. I worked with Mike Rey, their Ford Performance specialist. This was by far the best dealership experience I've ever had. Mike was transparent and communicated quickly the entire time. He made the process not only easy but also enjoyable. Mike clearly has a passion for Ford and Ford Performance that reflects in his work and makes me want to buy more Ford performance vehicles from him. The rest of the team I worked with was great as well, going above and beyond to make purchasing and taking delivery as easy as possible. I have many other Ford dealers much closer to me, but I will definitely be coming back to Gorno for my next vehicle purchase.

I have a 2024 mustang and she is my baby. Never had a car like this one. I wanted to find someplace I could take my car to be cared for. I decided to take it to Gorno Brothers. I talked with another dealer and to be honest I was not happy or confident after the conversation. Keely and a gentleman ( cannot remember name) checked me in and Gary drove me home. What an excellent experience. I was updated timely, and when I went to pick my car up it was like I had been going there for years. Keely was wonderful! Everyone commented on my car and I am confident they would take care of her like she was their own. Thank you Gorno Bros service department!

Gorno Ford truly is a "family" business. Each of the team members that I interacted with made you feel that they were one family and proud to be there.
