Because my 2008 Mercedes died, I purchased a used SUV (2017 Lincoln MKC) from Ken Garff Kia on 12/30/23 and received excellent customer service. Jordan did an excellent job making sure I was a happy customer. Will communicated with me throughout the process, and Sean made sure my loan payments were affordable. I would recommend my family and friends to go there for their next auto purchase. 2/19/23 The story has changed. The Lincoln SUV turned out to be a lemon. The check engine light kept coming on, and the car eventually started overheating. I took the car back a total of 5 times in 7 weeks time, which caused me to lose income because I’m a driver. Even though they gave me a loaner each time, I couldn’t use it for my business. They mentioned putting a new engine in, and they would need the car for about three weeks!! I’m not prepared to lose more income at this point. I didn’t go there to buy a car that needs a new engine! The saga continues. I’m going back tomorrow to see how it ends. 3/12/24 I’m happy to say Ken Garff Kia has resolved the issue????. They took care of me in a big way! Thank you to Dietrich, Jordan, Thomas, and Armando for making me a happy customer. They put me in a 2021 Kia Sorrento, and I absolutely love the car.

Adding to my previous reviews! bought a brand new car last night ???? look at the photos. It's gorgeous. I am super pleased with it. The whole process was very quick and I want to give kudos to Marcus Murzi for taking good care of me answering all my questions and making sure I got to work on time because I was purchasing my brand new car in between two jobs so I really appreciate it his understanding and speediness through the whole process process! 4/2/2024 this is this my second visit . I thought I could drop my car off at night, but the place was all locked up so when I arrived first thing in the morning, Noel was super helpful and actually drove me home so I wouldn't be late for work! I really love the video they created, showing me what they were working on and letting me know what they were going to do. Very informative. Noel communicated clearly, letting me know where my car was going be done and asked via text when I wanted a ride to come pick up my car! My second time bringing my car in and they did exactly what they said they would. My car was clean when I picked it up and there was no pressure to purchase windshield wipers from them even though I seriously needed them lol. I will definitely bring my car back there. for some reason, Google will not allow me to post two reviews so I had to add to the one I left before! Thanks so much -------------------- I love your customer service! Antonio in the service line and the lady that helped me in the office. Both were super awesome. I stopped at the last minute on a Friday and they assisted me and had me scheduled for Monday morning. They found out that rats had not invaded my engine. It was just a battery which they replace because it was under warranty. Yay! and they scheduled a Lyft ride for me which was super fast. Highly recommend this Kia dealership.
