2021 Ford Edge Titanium AWD

Had a 2018 Kia that were looking to trade in that was paid off. Talk to a wonderful salesman named Michael majors. We test drove a 2016 Chevy Equinox that we had seen on their website. Fell in love with it. They gave us an amazing deal on it with trade-in. Drove home with it that day! Would highly recommend the entire team! They even work with our credit union and got us financed without us having to lift a finger!

I brought my 2017 Silverado to the body shop at Gregg Young, and Evan looked it over for hail damage and determined it was worth filing a claim. When I got in my truck to leave it wouldn’t start so the guys at the body shop jumped started it for me. I drove it right into the service bay where Hayden, quickly got it in and the boys in back installed a new battery for me. It was a blessing from the Lord that the battery went out at the dealership, and the fantastic staff had me fixed up and running in no time! Now that’s service with a smile! Thank you.

The experience that I got since I first reached out to the moment I got to take it home couldn’t be better. Kayla was there she answered all my questions I had and worked with me every step of the way at my pace. Tyler helped me out even more by going out of his way to make things better for me cause he wanted better for me when it came to the financing stuff. The vehicle needed a part ordered so I believe the managers name is EJ he came introduced himself and informed me of the problem but told me not to worry gave me a loaner cause he did not want me to leave with the car since it was a safety concern for them. Customer service at their best keep it up. Definitely will be coming back if the future for me is another vehicle.
