The staff at Northgate Ford is absolutely exceptional. I have never had such a wonderful experience buying a vehicle. The entire staff went above and beyond. Jackson our salesman was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and just all around a pleasure to work with. My husband found the F-150 of his dreams on their website that had everything he wanted, and nothing he didn’t want. We specifically went to check it out, not expecting to be driving off the lot with it. Given our credit and a low value trade in, we didn’t see a brand new vehicle in the cards for us today. I had a great buying experience working we Ed Woodward. There was no pressure and he was very patient with me as we examined multiple scenarios ultimately allowing me to make the best possible decision. In the process I also met Zack and that was an exceptional interaction. Last of all I dealt with Jesse in finance and he was again no pressure. As a whole the experience was fantastic. I have bought four vehicles from Northgate in the past and will shop with them when I’m ready for my Shelby Mustang.
