2015 Ford Edge Sport

Bought a beautiful car from them a few months back, I waited a while to write a review just incase the car ended up being junk, but nope! ended up getting a great car (so far.) Im a younger buyer so the sales rep seemed a little hesitant to let me test drive and take a look, but once I showed I had pre-approved with a credit union we got a deal going immediately. I was able to negotiate the price down a decent amount but unfortunately had some title issues. This dealer doesn't receive their cars titles immediately because they purchase from auction, so with a lack of title in their hands it put a delay in the process of taking the car home with me. However that was not the dealers fault, and the dealerships owner took care of the auctions issue himself. Also had some issues transferring the title to a different state, but again that is not this dealers issue and they were more than willing to go through the process to help me. I had to pay unexpected money out of pocket to get the title work done because the dealer wasn’t willing to pay for it, but at that point I was set on taking the car home with me so I went ahead and paid. If you know how to properly shop for a used car and know what to look for, don’t hesitate to look at their inventory. Gave 4 stars because yes service was good, and car was good, but I just wish they had a title in hand before they put the car up for sale! wouldve saved all parties time and energy.

Extremely professional and open on pricing and details of the used vehicle I purchased. They went above and beyond to make sure I could get the truck I wanted without any issues, even though I was driving from hours away to purchase it. I would shop at Ark Motors again any time I needed a used vehicle.
