2015 Ford Edge SE

The service department is wonderful. They are always super helpful and friendly. This is the second time my car has needed warranty work, both times they jumped in when another dealership gave me the run around. They even had it fixed quicker than anticipated!

They came and picked my car up and dropped it off! It was so great and i didn't have to worry about leaving work! April was super sweet and careful with my car. Mike made sure my car was taken care of once it got in the service bays!

April and the rest of the staff at Ivey Ford provide top-rated customer service. She is friendly, efficient and detail-oriented. It is much appreciated!
