2015 Ford Edge SEL AWD

I was very happy with my experience with Honda Wittmeier, Tim and Jeff. Being hearing impaired, Tim spoke clearly when he went over my new Honda CR-V Hybrid car features and how it works. He answers all of my questions since this is my first time ever having a hybrid. Jeff spoke so clearly and took his time to explain each of the paperwork that I was signing. I was happy that they able to work with me to put my monthly payments to a point I was financially comfortable with. One of the best customer service I ever experienced. Thank you Wittmeier Honda.

Made the appointment on line using the website. Was easy, had to wait around a week for the service. (Replace tire pressure sensor). The service last about one hour. I waited. Service was great and fast. The only complaint is the price. Almost $200 for it.

My attendant at Wittmeier was Kalvin. He was very helpful in many ways: he helped me to be able to choose the essential services I need for my 90,000 mi check up and helped me stay within my budget which I had saved up for the payment. of this check up. Also he was kind enough to help me connect my phone to the car so I can drive more safely. The driver of the shuttle was super nice , prompt and drove safely. Thank you for a great experience!
