2015 Ford Edge SEL AWD

I worked with Shawn Preston on getting into a new car, Im always a little overwhelmed with the process of car shopping since I dont know really any of the fine details involved. But Shawn really slowed it down, took his time and explained everything to me. His level of patience and professionalism is something I've never seen in car sales. After recently moving into the area, it became the time to trade in my old Sentra (2010). I called up Hanover Nissan and within an hour, I found my new one. When I called, Tyler Jones answered and we spoke about available cars. Tyler had 2 outside for me too look at. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. He went through everything about the vehicle I chose and everything on purchasing if I desired. Admir did the financial aspect and it was smoothly done. The whole staff is outstanding, courteous and outgoing. My experience was unlike any other I've had buying a new car. I highly recommend Hanover Nissan, I don't believe you'll be disappointed. Also, the follow up by Tyler and the staff is first rate.

Where to begin. This was the most amazing journey I have ever had when it comes to purchasing a vehicle and I mean EVER. Let me explain. I purchase a 2024 Nissan Sentra back in April, not that I wasn’t happy with it but the wife wanted an SUV. Called up Hanover Nissan and spoke with Tyler Jones who let me tell you not only looks like (Ryan Reynolds aka DEADPOOL) but is the most down to earth, kind, and courteous salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. This salesman went above and beyond not only did he get my wife the vehicle she wanted he got her in the next model up from what we were looking at. My family used to be a Toyota family, but that has now change to Nissan. I would like to close this review by saying. If you are in the need for a used or new car or truck stop by and ask for Tyler Jones. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.
