Friend of mine had an issue but Josh was very thorough with explaining what was going on and was willing to come up with a fairly fair resolution for his customer. I’m so thankful for Quality automotive and Josh and Bre and the Ms. Barbara ! Even though I bought my car here as a buy here pay here and it was sold as is, they still looked out for me when I hit a pothole and needed help getting my car fixed. A lot of places would have told me I was on my own, but they didn’t. They worked with me, kept it professional, and made sure I was taken care of. That means a lot, especially when you’re putting your trust and money into a car.
