Had a excellent experience buying a used truck here recently. I couldn't be happier with how the process went. They went above and beyond to get me the most for my money. I would for sure buy from them again. The salesman I dealt with was really friendly and I didn't once feel pressured to make the purchase. The finance guy Dillon was fantastic and ended up getting me a much better extended warranty ( 10 year 100,000 miles instead of 5 year 60,000 ) than I had selected for the same cost.
Had a great experience buying my new car at Genesis of Portland. Luis was knowledgeable and friendly and considerate of my time. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable and Genesis made sure to take care of me and make sure I was happy when I left. Highly recommend these cars and this dealership!!!!
Genesis was AMAZING. The customer service was spectacular. They listened to our wants and needs and the process did not take all day. We are happy with our car and got a fair deal. I would highly recommend you give them a look first before you buy a new car.
