I was lucky to have Kyle Mclaughlin as my sales representative. He was so nice. There was absolutely no pressure. I ask questions after question and he was very patient with me. Leaving me very convenient that I could drive my new terrain home from Olean to Bradford. It is very different from my encode which I traded in.
