I’ve been coming here for over 5 years now so I figured it’d be a good time to leave a review. Bought a car here and have been bringing it here for service ever since. Friendly and Courteous Service. Good and caring people work here. There’s a main seating area where the reps come out and talk to the customers waiting so you can always hear what they’re talking about. After 5 years of listening, the consistency of this outstanding service has withstood the test of time. My car has never had an issue after bringing it in for service here. It also helps that I’m well versed in how a car works and how often things should be maintained. However, after 5 years of listening, I’m certain they have a great culture here. Actually…twice they forgot to reset the warning lights after they fixed the issue but whatever. It means nothing ????. I suspect anyone who has had a bad experience was dealing with just a particular team member’s lack of skillsets, which is an unfortunate situation but, I can understand it’s easier to blame “Balise” in general bc the team members are reps of the brand. In any case, hope this review helps you in your decision making. Thanks Balise!
