Saw a vehicle, Dodge Journey, online and called about it. Got to work with Jerry, and we texted back and forth for about an hour. Next he sent me to their Finance guy, Jason, and he got all of my info , and all of this was happening while i was on the way driving to Murray. It took an hour and 10 minutes to get there, so they were working hard and fast to get my paperwork together. When we got there, my daughter and grandkids went to do a test drive to Arby's because they were hungry. While they were gone, we went inside, got the paperwork they had already printed with all of my info, and signed it all. It took them longer to go through the drive through than it did for use to get all of the paperwork together and signed. By the time they got back, my daughter was the proud owner of a 2020 Dodge Journey, red in color. Also got an extended warranty , and like I said, they found me a great rate through Wells Fargo with an excellent monthly payment. A big shout out to Jerry and Jason. That was the one of the best experiences I have had buying a vehicle.
