I loved my experience buying a new car at this shop! I felt taken care of every step of the way, like family! I currently live in NY, so I drove a bit to get the car in Springfield. I bought the car the same day, and came back a couple of days later to pick it up. Absolute put seat covers and had it waiting for my arrival. Well taken care of car visually! After a couple of days, I noticed some issues with the car and contacted Absolute, the owner got me in from NY and taken care of the same day! The team is like a family and seem to really take care and consideration into their work. They truly value their customers and take pride in the types of cars they sell, I will definitely be sending anyone I know over to shop with them!

Recently bought my second car from this dealership. I’m pretty young and financed the vehicles alone and Muhammad walked me through the process. He was very nice and explained everything i needed to know. 10/10 most definitely would recommend!
