I called Tasca about a vehicle I was interested in. Charice gave me all of her time to answer a list of questions. She never made me feel pressured to buy and only wanted me to make the best decision for me. I took the chance to drive my trade-in 12 hours from home to purchase this vehicle. This was the BEST purchasing experience I have ever had. Charice did everything she said she would over the phone. AMAZING! Ron, the manager, came to introduce himself and made me feel at home as well. He really cares A LOT about customer satisfaction. He is definitely a very genuine person. Kim, in finance, was amazing to work with as well. She TRULY knows what she is doing and will find the best financial option for you. Definitely give her a try prior to researching your own financial option. You will not regret working with her. Previously, I have had a lot of bad experiences with dealerships and especially in the financial department. Met with the manager to try and sell my car, he was very friendly, gave great details about what they can do. While we didn't ultimately make a deal, despite a very fair offer, they made me want to be a customer in the future for sure. Everyone I met there was great!
