From start to finish, my experience with Alexander Automotive was first rate. Jimmie Gile treated me with respect and was patient with all of my questions and back and forth communication over the two week process of purchasing a vehicle. Morgan was terrific in assisting me with the actual purchase transaction, which was quick and painless. They worked with me on my trade in and purchase price. I drove away a very happy customer and will go back the next time I am in the market to buy.

Alexander Automotive Franklin is really a good place to purchase a car. I purchased a Saturn Aura XE, 2009 Model, with 114k miles on it. General Motors stopped this brand in 2009. But it was my good decision. Tommy Pinson, really helped me a lot in exploring this car, he is a very good Sales Manager. Now, its been 1.5 year since I bought this car, and its 129k miles on it, and I didn't spend a single dollar (other than Oil change and servicing :-)). I now have a good trust on this dealer and I refer many people time to time.

My husband and I were looking for a car that was both reliable and affordable. We visited the Alexander dealership and the salesmen were very informative and listened to everything on our wish list.
