2012 Chevrolet Impala LTZ

My experience at value lot was amazing!! The guy who helped me buy my car, Tucker, was super friendly and he always texted or called back super quickly, and he even helped me out on his day off. I never got the impression that he was just trying to make money, I could tell that the most important thing to him was how he treated his customers. The value lot has great customer service and I really appreciated how they treated me and my dad really great, and I would definitely recommend them for any car purchase :)

The Value lot is a very good place to get some new wheels!!! Staff is knowledgeable and very thorough in every step of the car buying process. I was referred to them by a good friend and they did not disappoint!! They let me take the car to pick up my wife and make sure she liked it but she loved it !! Josh & Daran were phenomenal to work with. They gracefully helped our son navigate the process of acquiring his first car and went out of their way to make sure that he had a positive experience. He is delighted with his car and we truly appreciate their assistance. We plan to return in the near future for our next purchase.
