2013 Chevrolet Impala 1FL (Fleet)

As one knows, buying used cars is always a gamble and it can be hard to find a dealership that isn't just trying to make money flipping cars bought at auction or other sources. This was my initial reaction after coming here from Ogden to test drive a car we found on KSL. Car felt great on the test drive, had no issues whatsoever. We got financing from the bank, paperwork was a breeze and we were on our way home a few hours later. We made it about 20 minutes north and the transmission started overheating, putting the car in limp mode. I called dallin, the salesman we worked with and he immediately made arrangements to come pickup the car for us to have it looked at. They took care of the issue within a few days, free of charge, and it's been excellent ever since, not to mention he sent us home with a loaner car until our issue was resolved. He also got us hooked up with a brand new set of tires for a great deal and was an excellent communicator throughout the whole process. Buying a used car can be scary and not for the faint of heart or mechanical mind, but these guys made a potentially awful experience into an excellent one and I'm happy to say I'd buy again from them no problem. Also Rosa, I believe was her name drove the car all the way back to salt lake for us after the repair was done, after hours. What a dedicated customer service experience. If you're on the fence about this place, just talk to them. Great people and great service.

We had a great experience with Dillon when purchasing a car for my daughter. They were very quick and responsive to our questions and about the items we hoped for them to take care of when we purchased the vehicle. They even replaced the battery and one taillight initially for us when running though their final checks and taking care of the items we asked they to take care of. When we got home (since it was daytime) we noticed that the headlights were out. We took it back and even though he wasn't there, his other workers promptly replaced the bulbs and fuses for us. They have a lot of vehicles on this lot and we were told he had even more on other lot(s). We will definitely return to him when looking for our next vehicle.
