Everyone who works for this dealer is top notch. Seriously. Salesperson Joey was extremely helpful and let me take two test drives before making my final purchase decision on my gorgeous Black 2013 Jaguar XJ. He was very up front about pricing, and even turned his computer monitor around to show me, line by line, what I was paying for. No other car dealer I have been to would be willing to do this. Finance manager Dave was amazing at getting me the best possible interest rate and explaining warranty options without being pushy. Back in the service department, Devon worked tirelessly on the car to get it ready for me to pick up. My car received literally thousands of dollars worth of dealership quality service included as part of the purchase to make sure it was perfect when I got it. Despite delays in parts delivery that were not the fault of anyone at Champagne West, my car was available for pick up in a reasonable amount of time. Of course, I couldn't forget about Picasso in detailing. He truly is a master at the art of detailing cars. In just a few hours, he got my interior spotless and genuinely knows how to get a black car looking sharp. I am so thankful for the level of care and service that Champagne West provided me, and I highly recommend purchasing your next pre-loved vehicle from them. Edit: It's been over a year since I purchased this vehicle, and the only issue I've had is an old battery. Turns out it was the original 7 year old battery, so of course it was time to get it replaced. I simply cannot believe that I've driven over 1 year, 15,000 miles in this gorgeous luxury ride with no problems other than maintenance! Champagne West gave me a truly great deal on a gorgeous vehicle! I still get compliments everywhere I go. Thanks again!

We were shopping online for a first car, for our daughter. We found the model we were looking for at Champagne West. 2005 Subaru Forester 2.5 XS LL Bean Edition I called to ensure the car was still available and one to the deanship in person. Matt greeted us and gave us and after we told him what we were interested in looking at, he gave us the keys and gave u s our space to check out the car. No pressure, no haggling. Matt was personable and honest when telling us about the car and it's history that he was aware. This was during the time of COVID-19 limited business and social distancing. While his employees 'sheltered in place,' Matt was doing a great job of wearing a lot of hats in order to keep his business running smooth. Matt gave us his price and we gave him ours. We all agreed and within 1/2 hour the paperwork was complete and we were driving away with the car make/model we had been shopping for. Matt even provided us with a dealer plate for temporary use, until we receive our permanent plates because of the DMV process for new car registrations being at a standstill. Our experience couldn't have been better. I will suggest Matt's Champagne West to anyone I know, searching for a car.
