Having collaboratively worked with Anthony (Sales Manager), Mike (Salesman), and Misty (Finance Manager), my wife and I left very satisfied with our purchase. We struck up a deal that fit our budget, and while there were a few “sales-y” pitches here and there, they were minor and expected—it’s part of the job. Truth be told, they came across more down-to-earth than any other sales team I’ve encountered. On our way home, we noticed the right rear passenger reflector/reverse housing light was cracked and not functioning. It was subtle enough to miss in daylight, and we didn’t catch it until after signing. That said, we didn’t let it sour the experience. Post-sale issues like this can happen, and we handled it with perspective. It’s clear the staff wasn’t being malicious, and we still feel confident in the integrity of the deal. Disclaimer: Burt Watson GMC is under new ownership, and they’re still getting all their ducks in a row. Stay patient, and you’ll stay satisfied.

It took a while to finally get the Yukon, but we picked it up last night and everything went real smooth and quick. Talk to Mike. He's a great guy.
