Cherie was great to work with. I called to express interest in a vehicle they had posted online and she informed me that it was undergoing repairs and would be back on the lot in a few days but there was a lot of interest in it. Once it had come back on the lot she tried calling me multiple times to make sure I got a chance to come take a look at it knowing that I was interested but so we’re other people. When I was finally able to get over there she was very friendly and helpful during the process. The car was an older model but looked to be well maintained and she provided the car fax report as well as the in-house inspection and repair report. She said there wasn’t any room to negotiate on the price initially but then called the owner and got it down enough to cover the price of a new hitch receiver. She also helped me get a better interest rate on my loan because she knew it would be better from a different lender than the one I had been pre-approved with. In general this was an easy and straightforward process and I appreciated Cherie’s desire to help us.
