2014 Buick Regal Premium 1 Turbo

Just purchased my first Subaru and the overall experience was very positive. I first went into Subaru to help my son research cars and worked with Ahmed - he was awesome and very helpful. Once I decided it was time to get a new vehicle I decided to look at the Subaru brand. Ahmed again was great with showing me the different options and getting the ball rolling with #s and trade in values. When I came back in to finish the deal I actually worked with John, Mike, Sebastian and Everett and they were all great. Everyone worked as a team and were all very knowledgeable. Subaru gave me the best rates for financing which was very important for this transaction. I ended up purchasing the Outback and so far very impressed with the car. Plenty of pickup speed, I love all the new safety items and still learning all the functions that come with the car. I have a follow-up appointment to learn more about all the cool features which is a complimentary service Subaru offers. Excited for better gas mileage over the vehicle I replaced and looking forward to taking this new car on an upcoming trip knowing its comfortable, plenty of room for all our stuff and having a new reliable vehicle.

Great service! Service Advisor Skyler kept me informed of the status and was very professional. They even had one of the Service staff drive me to the upper waiting area because there is no elevator, as it was a bad breathing day for me. Everything seems fine... and I ?????? my Crosstrek!

I was very reluctant at first of owning a Subaru other than its competitors but I did my research on the strong brand history and the employees that work in this Subaru dealership is what ultimately convinced and made me feel like I belong in a community from the moment I made first contact with Ms. Lefie, an acquisition manager, who is reliable, fast and open to communications and made my overall transaction rather go smoothly. Their sales person named Everd who patiently answered transparently in details all our inquiries and always present and anticipating our pick up and arrival in their lot while we test drove a few vehicles with my family. Finally, at the end of the day is to figure out the numbers that can accomodate our budget and boy did that finance guy named Gino really had his magic numbers work in our favor and even had an extra ceiling for us to choose options in protecting our long term investment. Right before walking out the door with the key on hand, we had I believe Carlo who gave us some Subaru merch freebies and an appointment to learn more of the features of the brand new vehicle. All these employees came out to give their handshakes and I noticed that whatever transaction is made even with other customers and that to me is an important gesture whether the business deal happened or not which shows professionalism on their end. Again, a definite 5-star rating and I’m very happy and satisfied with my overall buying and trading experience at this dealership! My word of recommendation would expand on my network and beyond.
