2000 Buick Century CUSTOM

We had an excellent shopping experience with Royal Motors. They were very upfront in everything they told us. We visited them to purchase a car for my daughter, when we entered their showroom and inquired about the car we liked, they were upfront and told us that the car’s check engine just came on and needed to be looked at. So, we went to a different shop but they were sold out of the car we were looking for. Finally, we couldn’t find anywhere what we liked so we ended up coming back to Royal Motors and said that we would still like to test drive the car. So, when we test-drove the car the check engine light didn’t come on for some reason, they were also confused. They told us that even though the check engine light didn’t come on still they would fix it. They had identified previously that the light came on due to a bad O2 sensor. I told them that they don’t have to change it but if it happens to come back on then they can change it. They agreed. The purchase process was so smooth, never saw a dealership so trustworthy. Three days after we purchased the car, the check engine light came on again, so we took it back to the dealership and they replaced the O2 sensor and fixed it. They didn’t charge us anything. Also, when we got our number plate for the car, it was hard to remove one of the screws from the car to install the plate. We again took it back to them after a few weeks, they were happy to help us install the plates free of charge. They provided us with excellent customer service. They constantly provided us with excellent service from the day we found them to the day even after selling the car to us. As we had only one driver in our family, they delivered the car to our home for free. Excellent service. I would certainly again buy a car from them. Way to go Royal Motors!!

Very good shopping experience with Royal Motor Sales. The seller was very helpful and upfront. He answered all our questions and in the end, gave us a small discount. The car we bought was in reasonably good condition, it was cleaned in the salon and under the hood. All the process was smooth and quick. I would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a used car.

10/10!!! This place was amazing!!! AJ was so nice and professional! I went in on a monday, and came back the next day and got the one i wanted. He is very patient and extremely reasonable. I recommend this place if you’re looking for a used car for a reasonable price! I came from IL and am very pleased with the service!!
