2000 Buick Century

I live in Cleveland, Ohio and found my "perfect" truck at Underhill Motors all the way in Tennessee - a black 2011 Ford Ranger XLT. I saw it within moments of it being listed. I called them up right away and let them know that I am very serious about buying the truck, despite the difficulties and complexities involved in buying a vehicle out-of-state. They were absolutely understanding and respectful of the process. I asked them if they'd be OK with dropping the vehicle off at a nearby mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection, and they said that's absolutely fine. The mechanic that inspected the vehicle called me up the next day and said, "This little truck is so great, I'd buy it myself!" That sealed the deal, and I immediately began the process of applying for a loan (with my local credit union) to buy the truck. I asked Tyler if I am at risk of anyone coming in and buying it before me with cash, but he assured me, "No, don't worry about that, we know you're serious and this truck is all yours." They had multiple people come in and ask about the truck, but they repeatedly told those people that it was not available. I really appreciated that. From there, it was easy to communicate with Underhill Motors - Tyler was always just a text away, and when he was on vacation, Hunter was very communicative and helpful as well. I personally found an auto transport broker to send a carrier to pick up the truck and deliver it to my home. That process went extremely smoothly, and just a couple days before Thanksgiving Day, the truck was safely delivered to my home. I drove the truck for the first time to Thanksgiving dinner, and it was like love at first drive. They clearly took excellent care of the truck while it was in their possession. It was a blast to drive. From the moment I started working with Underhill Motors, to the moment the truck showed up at my doorstep, they were an absolute breeze to deal with. They were kind, helpful, communicative, and professional the whole time. If you see a vehicle you want at Underhill Motors, and it passes a pre-purchase inspection, I'd say you are in great hands if you end up buying it from them!

Underhill Motors Customer Service is top-notch!! After having a 2 month experience that was nothing shy of a nightmare with Victory Nissan, I called Eddie Underhill and he had me in a beautiful truck within 24 hours. I had the best and easiest experience with Eddie and Sheila. Everyone at Underhill has a welcoming smile which will make you feel comfortable as soon as you enter the building. They had my paperwork ready, new tires put on, my Carfax in hand, and my tag ready as soon as I called with my decision. Eddie did not rush me into any decision and was helpful with any questions/concerns I had. He has even followed up with me to see how I like my new truck. Under Motors has set the bar high for Customer Service. I will NEVER do business with anyone else. I highly recommend Underhill Motors for anyone looking for a hassle-free car buying experience. You will not regret it!
