We have never had such wonderful service as we have gotten at Buffalo Mountain Motorsports. My husband got a flat tire on his motorcycle in a remote area. He tried calling his road service and they couldn’t or wouldn’t help. We remembered seeing the sign in front of Buffalo Mountain Motorsports so we gave them a call, David was so helpful and went out of his way to find someone in the area that could tow him to the shop. I had come to the remote area to pick him up while we waited. David helped us order a new tire and put it on. We were in the process of moving a few weeks later and they rescued us again. We got new brakes on our truck. We had all the things we needed in the truck and started out on Saturday morning. Approaching the highway we began to smell brake pads burning. My husband stopped and checked and one of the brakes had locked up. It being Saturday no one was open in the area. I mentioned trying to make it to Buffalo Mountain Motorsports as they were open on Saturdays We limped our truck along slowly and made it there. And they knew what was wrong, made a call to Michael, he came in on his day off, knew it was a caliper, fixed it and we were on the road in a couple of hours. It was a miracle. What a blessing they are. We made it to our house sale closing on time and have moved back to the area. Very thankful that they took the time to help us and made calls to Michael and got us on the road again. Thank you to all the people who helped us at Buffalo Mountain Motorsports and Michael! My 16 year old daughter and I stopped by Buffalo Mountain Motorsports just to "check in" and boy were we impressed! Sarah was so knowledgeable! And so helpful! She talked to my daughter like she was an adult and walked her through the car buying process. She explained what she needed to look for and asked her questions about what she liked and what she needed. We have been to big dealers and have not had the customer service and the knowledge of autos that we found right here in Floyd! Top Notch!!
