This review is way overdue. In early 2022 I was looking to replace my then current BMW with a new 5 series. Inventory was low all around and I started looking beyond my local area ( Dallas, TX). I found a 5 series at BMW Montgomery that I liked and worked out all the details with Daniel. Flew in a week later, was picked up at the airport, finalized the deal at the dealership, and drove home in my new Bimmer. Everything went so smooth thanks to Daniel and the rest of the team. BMW of Montgomery's parts manager Chad Jackson is A1, top notch, best in the bizz, nobody like him, best manager in all of sonic automotive. Hands down best customer service. Fast, friendly, and reliable! He gets it right the first time! No doubt he'll be CEO one day! Good ol Chad, Chadorino, Chadzilla, Chadaroony, The Chadmeister! Give him a 6 figure raise, company car, company phone and office with a view! I will not do my business with anybody else. True asset. Shout out to his twin Taylor and Bryan Brasington too!
