I have to give a shout out to my awesome salesman’s Rick Cloud and Jesus Sanchez awesome technician for helping me get the truck of my dreams! They have been so fair and honest and willing to go out there way to help me!! They are so positive and awesome I would recommend anyone go see them!! This is why I’m putting 5 stars!! Now contrary if it weren’t for those two amazing people! I would have put a 2 due to a certain finance manager named Trevor Bowen although he was new. I tried to let it slide but he had the worst attitude and customer service I ever experienced. He would go as far as calling me a liar or refusing to help me understand anything. He would walk out the door for no reason to text on his phone or raise his voice in a nasty matter. He would belittle me.Vance on the other hand saved the day and took us into his area and did an amazing job so if you see a financial manger I recommend to go see VANCE and not Trevor. Aside from that thank you again Rick Cloud and Jesus Sanchez for all the help!!

I showed up to Murdock Honda I in desperate need of a vehicle, I was fretted by JJ who was absolutely tentative and willing to help me find a car that was both adorable and nice for my price range. These guys went so far to help me out and get me into the vehicle I wanted. We had a little bit of miscommunication at first, but within 2 weeks, even after any contractual agreements, Diego and Kyle brought me back in and made sure I got what I was after. They talked with me for 2 weeks, even after the purchase, working through everything to make sure we were happy. I can honestly say, I have never been to a dealership that has put in as much time and effort to make sure the customer was 100% satisfied. I highly recommend this dealership. I worked with Diego and Kyle, and while you will have great help with anyone, I will always come back and ask to speak with those 2.
