We had a very good service experience today. We brought our Maxima in for routine stuff and were very pleased with the advice and work that we were provided with. We will definitely return. It's very easy to get to, right off of 81. There was a nice waiting area with coffee, water snacks and television. Also Wi-Fi! Very comfortable. We used to go to the Nissan service center in Wilkes-Barre, but I prefer this one. It's smaller and it's also very convenient to pop over to the Loading Dock restaurant to have lunch while we wait. We admired some of the cars in the showroom and encountered one of the salesmen. He was very good at his job and we left with his card ????.
