He was so patient that he waited & held the suv for 3 additional days from the public while I had to wait for my bank to clear my funds. I had a great experience at Direct Auto Sales the staff was great they took care of me immediately when I arrived with a warm welcome, they offered refreshments and made sure I was comfortable while I waited for the paper work and stuff to be ready.
