2015 GMC Terrain AWD SLE-2

Drove 5 hours one way and it was worth it. Best price in the nation on the truck i wanted. Gave me a good trade value to help sweeten the deal. Non pushy sales and finance guys. Hands down will look for my next vechicle here.

I don’t usually leave reviews but when a dealer goes out of there way to earn my business I feel compelled to applaud and recognize those involved. I was originally shopping around for an Equinox EV and after several disappointing visits to several different dealers I reached out to Alice Blakstad @ Mosiac Chevrolet. She responded to my phone call immediately and had the exact auto I was looking for. After fair negotiations on the deal she arranged for a time for us to complete it. She had everything ready when I came to pickup the car. There was no high pressure sales tactics and her general knowledge in the EV was appreciated. As I was waiting for some general wrap up ( car washing and financing signing etc) I met the General Manager Moustafa Khalil “MO” he was very easy going and gave me the feeling that I was at the right dealership. He didn’t have the typical “hide in a office “ character that the other dealers I visited had and I could tell he was appreciative of me giving his dealership my business.The second I walked in the door many staff greeted me offered me a hot or cold beverage and all were concerned that I was taken care of or offered to help me find the person I was looking for. It’s great to see that there are still dealers out there that aren’t just playing the same old sales games and are personable with their Customers. Go check out Mosaic Chevrolet if they don’t have the exact car/truck on the lot they will diligently look for a way to get 1 there.
