Finally sold 2 out my 4 cars and wanted something really nice. Lone and behold they just got in a ford explorer that I absolutely loved. Black and black fully loaded to the max with options and Sean W there did everything for me quick and easy. They went through all the options for the loan and different down payments and what I'd pay. Now I have the nicest suv I'll ever own
As a happy Mopar Customer. It's awesome to finally have a top tier dealership that represents Dodge, Ram, Chrysler and Jeep in West Bend. My exposure to the new dealership is through the service department. For the longest time I would do my best to avoid the dealership service department. However in the past two years I've had great customer service with repairs done correctly the first time. Plus no outrageous lists of what should be repaired. If you haven't tried the service department lately. I would say give it a try. The waiting lounge is a huge improvement.
I think we can all agree that buying a vehicle is always a bit scary.. exciting but scary nothing less. We ended up deciding on a truck here at Russ Darrow. The staff was friendly, G in the service department was great! Larry in sales is a stand up guy & man of his word. That means a lot these days. We appreciate everyone at Russ Darrow!
