Chris was kind and professional. From the beginning he gave me his cell # to text with questions and concerns (though I forgot about that until after service was complete). He took very good care of my car and addressed my concerns thoroughly. They were able to get my car in right away and as promised they let me in early and gave me a ride to work so that I was only a little late.
