2017 Chevrolet Equinox LS

My name is Stephanie, I recently bought a 2016 Chevy equinox LT from JD Byrider and it was a wonderful experience! They were sure to inform me of all of their different programs and resources that are available within their company as well as the five-year maintenance plan that my car was eligible for. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and able to leave in a new vehicle that worked with my lifestyle and was what I was looking for. I even went with their financing program, which in my opinion is a little bit expensive but worth it with the other resources Included. Eddie was my salesman and he was persistent, and very friendly and easy to talk to. My only negative comment is that some of the information throughout the entire process was miscommunicated to me such as payment amount, and when they were due as well as a few other things. Mike in the financing department was able to hash those details out before I signed and bought my vehicle, but I do think that it is important for the salesman to have accurate information and knowledge to give to the customer based on their individual situation.

My car broke down on Friday. I had to have it towed to their shop. Mike immediately called me back on Saturday to let me know they would look at Monday first thing. Monday morning Joey called to let me know everything that was wrong with it. He was very clear and blunt, which I truly appreciated. He called and communicated about prices and confirmed that i wanted them to fix everything before he started. He had everything taken care of on my car by Friday. There were some issues after receiving my car back (it was my fault because I told them not to fix this issue) but Joey and nya came to pick up and fixed my car. They kept it for a couple of days to make sure there was nothing more wrong with it. I appreciate thier services so much! Everybody was very helpful and nice through the whole process. I will always recommend jd byrider! My car runs like it’s brand new!

Eddie and Mike was so awesome with helping me get everything going and also and Stephanie she did her best to she’s awesome. Everyone is awesome at bryriders. Thank you for my vehicle.
