Recently we had the pleasure of buying a gently used '21 Subaru Outback Touring from Hyundai of Cool Springs, & specifically through Ryan Mayfield. We brought our car in for service and were initially told that it would be 4-5 weeks before they could get our car in to check it out. Our service lane manager Tyler Johnston was able to get our car diagnosed and repairs made within 4 days and it was a major service requiring a new engine under recall and the car had 170,000 miles on it! High marks for Hyundai for standing behind their vehicles even after 170k miles of use. High marks for Tyler and Hyundai of Cool Springs who have now set the bar high for other dealers to step up their games. Great service at this Hyundai dealer and thank you to Tyler for his EXCEPTIONAL service and knowledge. Oh, I need to mention that one of the service technicians called in sick and the car needed a new fuel door latch. Tyler installed the component himself while my son waited and had my son riding within 30 minutes. In all of my years of owning 28 different cars, my experience has been that most dealers would have told me to come back another day. Tyler just did it himself. Hyundai stands behind their cars and when they need to be serviced, Hyundai of Cool Springs has the people to get the job done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
10/10 experience. Craig made the process every smooth and easy. Very helpful and patient as well. This was my first time purchasing a car so everything was very new to me but Craig did a phenomenal job at searching for the right car that met my needs as well as giving me a reasonable price.
