We have bought vehicles from Cartiva and have always been satisfied...however this was the first time purchasing a vehicle from the Cartiva Clearance Center and I can't express enough how satisfied we are!! Both sales clerks were professional, extremely helpful and completely honest with every vehicle we looked at, they disclosed everything they had knowledge of and they openly advised to have a third party mechanic go over the vehicle for our safety. These vehicles are sold "as is" they are very used so issues are to be expected until you get all the kinks worked out. We are a farming and ranching family and do a lot of our own mechanical work so know for the most part what we're dealing with when buying used vehicles and equipment so when we say the staff was honest, we mean it, they didn't try to pretend to know what they didn't and that is a quality that is rare in the used car industry. Will definitely continue to use their services!!!
