I'm very happy with Platinum Chevrolet, very! Honesty and integrity go along way. A some months back I took my truck in to the dealership where I bought the truck. Unfortunately the dealership changed hands. The original dealership was a longtime staple in our small town. Anyway, the original dealer new I had a brake sensor out, but my brakes where good. But have it inspected very time I come in for service Well again they changed hands. I take in to the "new" dealership for oil change and tire rotation and check the brakes. Well they didn't rotate my tires, charged me for it ( I have a flaw in a rim, so I no when it would be moved), then in form me my brakes are at 3mm and I would need a brake job. I told them I will come in on next service. We'll, after thinking it over on my up and coming service. I decided to take it to Platinum. I have bought a car there before and have had my past trucks serviced there. Well Platinum calls me back and informs me that my brakes are good. Still around 80% just that bad sensor. I dont need a brake job and replace sensor when i do. They did my oil change. And saved me around $680! As I said before , integrity and honesty. I will bring my truck in for service from now on. Thank you Platinum!
