Could not thank everyone at Jim Winter enough for their patience and efforts as we dealt with some issues with our SUV. Troy you were a saint to work with and are truly a great human. Thanks for your humor and all your time during our crazy endeavor. You were always prompt to get back to us with updates and went above and beyond when we needed anything. I don’t even know any of the techs working behind the scenes on our vehicle but I know you worked hard trying to solve all the problems. Keri and Bruce thanks for all you help on the final touches of our chaotic experience. You will continue to have our business for years to come.

Kerri Mizner, Melissa, and Norm were amazing. They were able to not only finance me but get me into the car that I wanted. I cannot say enough about how respectful they were to me and just absolutely kind.
